A Warm Welcome And Thank You For Visiting My Blog!
A Little About Me
I am Tamara, an archaeologist/historian with a passion for nature and wildlife. I am also a social media enthusiast, freelance writer, blogger, hobby photographer, an avid collector of useless (and useful) information and a language enthusiast and translator (German/English). Finally, I am probably Florida’s number one fan. Can you tell?
I am University educated to Masters degree level (BA in History from Aberystwyth University, MA in Archaeology from Cardiff University, UK ). I have freelanced in the following areas: translation, research and report writing, newspaper/magazine writing , social media (predominantly Facebook, Twitter and Instagram for small businesses).
I am always looking for the next adventure and challenge, whether in my private or professional life. I have lived on two continents (three different countries), and have worked in many fields including but not limited to: archaeology/museums, the finance industry, online education, recruitment, real estate, hospitality and sales/marketing.
I would love to hear from you with any freelance or collaboration opportunities. Also, if you are a historic non-profit organization, and within easy reach (local), I would be happy to do pro-bono work, depending on availability. Simply fill in the contact form (below) or email me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
I look forward to hearing from you!
